Mining machine troubleshooting:

We do rigorous testing before shipment. After you get the equipment, please do not run the GPU immediately. Let us first test whether the miner is working.

1. Power supply troubleshooting

Check the power supply to see if the fan is spinning.

2. Install the system

Compatible with Windowx /Linux, but the hard disk has no system installed, you need to install the system yourself, log in to the system’s official website to download, and there is a corresponding installation and usage tutorial.

3. Unable to detect GPU

You need to install the GPU driver. 

Make sure this fits by entering your model number.
